SALES
1. All vehicle prices displayed on the website, quotations, brochures, or promotional material are indicative ex-showroom prices and are subject to change without prior notice. The prevailing price on the date of invoicing shall be applicable.
2. Registration charges, road tax, insurance, accessories, extended warranty, AMC packages, FASTag, handling charges (where applicable), and any statutory taxes, duties, levies or fees shall be charged additionally as applicable.
3. Vehicle specifications, features, colours, variants, prices, schemes and promotional offers are subject to change by Tata Motors Limited without prior notice.
4. Booking of a vehicle shall be considered provisional until confirmed by Bhasin Motors and is subject to vehicle availability, allocation by Tata Motors, completion of documentation, and receipt of applicable payments.
5. Acceptance of any booking amount or advance payment does not constitute a contract of sale or guarantee immediate allocation or delivery of a vehicle.
6. Full payment, including all applicable charges, must be received before vehicle delivery unless otherwise approved under an authorised finance arrangement.
7. Vehicle delivery shall be scheduled only after completion of all required documentation, loan approval and disbursement (where applicable), realization of payment, and registration formalities.
8. Payments shall be accepted only through approved banking channels, including NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, account payee cheque, demand draft, UPI, debit/credit cards, or any other payment mode approved by Bhasin Motors. Outstation cheques may be accepted subject to realization.
9. Delivery timelines communicated by Bhasin Motors are indicative and may vary due to production schedules, transportation delays, government regulations, natural calamities, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond the company's control.
10. Bhasin Motors shall not be liable for delays arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
11. Ownership of the vehicle shall transfer to the customer only upon receipt of full payment and successful delivery.
12. Any refund, where applicable, shall be processed only in accordance with the dealership's refund policy and through the original banking channel or account payee cheque after verification of documents.
13. Extended Warranty, AMC packages and other value-added products shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions and may not be cancellable once activated.
14. Advance payments made by customers are solely the responsibility of Bhasin Ventures Private Limited. Tata Motors Limited shall not be liable for any refund, delivery commitment or financial obligation arising from such payments, as the dealership operates on a principal-to-principal basis with Tata Motors.
15. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

SERVICE & WORKSHOP
1. Service estimates provided at the time of vehicle reception are indicative and may change if additional repairs are identified during inspection. Customer approval shall be obtained before carrying out any additional chargeable work.
2. Vehicles may be driven by authorised Bhasin Motors personnel for inspection, diagnostics, quality checks or road testing as required.
3. Customers are requested not to leave cash, jewellery, electronic devices, documents or other valuables inside the vehicle. Bhasin Motors shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
4. Genuine Tata Motors spare parts shall be charged as per the prevailing price list applicable on the date of billing.
5. Old replaced parts shall be returned to the customer upon request, except where the parts are required by Tata Motors, insurance companies, warranty procedures, or statutory regulations.
6. Completed vehicles should be collected within seven days of completion of repairs. Storage charges may be levied thereafter as per the dealership's prevailing policy.
7. While every effort is made to provide quality workmanship, the warranty on replaced parts shall be governed solely by the warranty policy of Tata Motors or the respective manufacturer. Bhasin Motors' liability shall be limited to such warranty provisions.
8. Warranty repairs are subject to approval by Tata Motors. In the event of rejection of a warranty claim, the customer shall be liable to pay the applicable repair charges.
9. Delivery dates communicated at the time of vehicle acceptance are tentative. Bhasin Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delays in vehicle delivery.
10. Vehicles shall be released only after settlement of all outstanding dues through approved modes of payment.
11. Bhasin Motors reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all outstanding service charges are fully paid, as permitted under applicable law.
12. All disputes relating to service transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
