Bhasin Motors started operations in 1969 when Mr. J.S. Bhasin our founder Managing Director an ex-bureaucrat set up an Automobile Trading House. Over the years through the relentless persuance of the philosophy of Quality in Sales, Service and Total Customer Satisfaction, the house grew to be accepted as one of the most reliable & resourceful trading houses for automobiles. Its customer base, because of the dedication shown by the promoters, gradually expanded and has now grown to over 50,000 satisfied customers who have repeatedly shopped with Bhasin Motors for their requirement of automobiles irrespective of brand, model, finance requirement etc. Over the years the Organisation has built an irrefutable reputation and a strong infrastructure dedicated to meeting all customers requirements.

Bhasin Motors has been blazing a trail in selling the maximum number of cars of any brand in most innovative ways. Initially Bhasin Motors developed itself into an established name in Delhi for Used Cars with an average sale of more than 100 cars/month. With the advent of Maruti Udyog Ltd. in the market, Bhasin Motors clearly saw this to be product of the future and promoted it aggressively. It quickly established a name for the product and it was widely accepted that at Bhasin Motors, a Maruti of one’s choice will always be available. As in the Western Countries, Bhasin Motors promoted their customers to exchange their existing cars. This concept of TRADE-IN of old cars in exchange of new cars made it even more convenient for its customers to make the purchase decision. Infact till today this TRADE-IN as practised by Bhasin Motors is the USP in the best interest of customer service.

During 1990, Bhasin Motors became Direct Marketing Associates of Citibank for all car loans and since then have displayed an excellent performance and won many awards.

During 1995 Bhasin Motors acquired Daewoo Motors Dealership for sale of Cielo Cars. Through vigorous marketing strategies & sustained efforts Bhasin Motors obtained the distinction of becoming the No.1 Dealer in getting maximum Deawoo Car Bookings and No.2 ranking in Sale of cars on All India basis.

Bhasin Motors (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been incorporated on 3rd September 1997 with the main object of selling Maruti Cars. The Company was awarded Maruti dealership for Delhi Region/for sale & service of Maruti cars. We were amongst the top dealers of MUL in the country selling approximately 5000 cars/year consistently for 5 years.

SKODA Dealership

During July 2002, we were allotted SKODA dealership by Skoda Auto India for Sale, Service and Spares of Passenger Cars in the state of Haryana – Ace Cars at Gurgaon, having 3 ‘S’ facility.

Soon after in Dec 2002 based on our performance, we were allocated Skoda Dealership at Delhi too at the prime location in South Delhi – Continental Auto Services, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Area, Mathura Road, Delhi, where we have set up a state of art showroom, workshop and spare parts facility.

MAHINDRA Dealership

During Jan 2003, we have been allotted Mahindra’s Dealership for Passenger Cars and LCVs with showroom at South Extension, South Delhi and workshop at Mathura Road.

Promoters

The Promotors with Shri J.S. Bhasin as Managing Director, Shri S.S. Bhasin & Mrs. G.K. Bhasin as Directors are a mix of experience and dynamism. Shri J.S.Bhasin has more than 3 decades experience in automobiles trade whereas Shri S.S.Bhasin is a young & dynamic person with 10 years experience in car dealerships. The promoters have sound financial base and Bhasin Motors has gone from strength to strength every year.

During the last 5 years, the company has sold more than 20000 cars and serviced 3000 cars per month. Due to the thrust on Total Customer Satisfaction through Quality Services Bhasin Motors established themselves as one of the top 3 dealerships of MUL in Delhi. Our Workshop at Peeragarhi was adjudged No. 1 in Delhi and 1st Runner up on All India Basis by MUL during the year 1999-2000 & first in Delhi & NCR by J.D.Power Asia Pacific during 2001 & 2002 for Customer Satisfacion Index.

During 2003, based on our performance and customer services, we have
been judged No.1 dealer in India, for both SKODA as well as SCORPIO
operations.
